Zlatko Ožbolt was born in 1961 in Osijek. In 1988, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb, earning the professional title of graduate engineer in architecture under the guidance of Professor Nikola Filipović. After completing his studies at the Faculty of Architecture, he worked at the Institute of Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb. He has also been working in the architectural office of architects Branko Silađin and Branka Kaminski. Since 1993, he has been the founder of the private architectural office GOLDPROJEKT d.o.o. in Zagreb, which has been operating to this day. His participation in Zagreb salons has earned him the annual award for furniture product design at the international furniture fair 'Ambijenta'. He has been listed in the Directory of Authorized Architects with serial number 2656 since 2000. He has been the author and co-author of several architectural competitions and realizations of residential and commercial buildings and interiors that have received awards. For works on cultural assets, he has the permission of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia to create an architectural photograph of the existing state. That permission is evidenced by many buildings that have been recorded in Zagreb city. As some of the following buildings: the buildings of the Faculty of Medicine in Šalata, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia, the Stanković building at Trg bana Jelačića 1, and many other buildings located in the Lower and Upper Town of Zagreb - Masarykova, Ilica, Lopašićeva, Kneza Borne, Branimirova, Jurišićeva and many others.
